PROJECT OVERVIEW
Clark Construction Group is providing General Contracting / Construction (Construction Manager at Risk) services for the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory BioEPIC project.
Clark will construct a 72,000-square-foot research facility comprised of wet and dry laboratory spaces to meet the needs of LBNL, a multi-program science lab in the US National Laboratory system, supported by the US Department of Energy.
In addition to lab spaces, the building will include a variety of office and administrative spaces to support the researchers and faculty. Completion is slated for fall 2023.
